This detached 5 star cottage is situated opposite the Chapel and close to the old miners track leading to the beach at Wiseman's Bridge. Once the route of the Saundersfoot Railway this has now been resurfaced and provides a wonderful & safe path suited to cycles & buggies too.

The fully enclosed garden wraps around the cottage with steps leading down to the entrance and providing access to the rear patio and barbecue area.

The ground floor space is open plan providing a full and well equipped kitchen adjoining the Dining and Lounge areas. The whole space enjoys elevated panoramic views across the wooded valley through the six metre wide glass doors stretching virtually the full width of the property. These can be opened to provide an almost seamless extension of the living space onto the patio area.

 

Upstairs the bedrooms ( 1 double & 2 twin) are simply & tastefully presented with quality furniture and mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep.

 

 

The family bathroom is small & perfectly formed with bath and a feature walk in shower. 

Under floor heating throughout the property means you will be snug even in deepest winter but for those cosy nights in there's a glass fronted wood burning stove set into the wall. You may find yourself spending hours watching this rather than the 32" LCD TV!

There is parking on the drive and also an outside store suitable for bikes & surfboards etc.
